Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments

•We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card.
•Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointed time to fill out paperwork.
•Late Arrivals: Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time.
•Cancellation: We require  a 24 hour-notice for a single service, 48-hour for multiple services and 5-day advanced notice for spa parties of 4 people or more. Reservations cancelled without adequate notice will be charged fully for all services booked.
•Our cancellation fee is designed to provide compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
